With over a decade of experience in User Experience Design, I've dedicated my career to designing and launching digital products from the ground up. My approach to UX design is comprehensive, taking into account every facet of a user's interaction with a product to craft solutions that are not just user-friendly, but also accessible and empowering.

At Aon, I lead the design of a suite of digital products, a role that has allowed me to showcase my ability to guide teams and work collaboratively with team members from various disciplines. It's a position that challenges me to merge creativity with practicality, ensuring that we're not just creating innovative designs, but also making sure they resonate with our users and meet their needs effectively, while also providing business value for our stakeholders.

In addition to my role at Aon, I serve as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Eastern Washington University, where I have the privilege of teaching the next generation of UX designers. In my classes, I emphasize human-centered design practices and methods.
