Overview

At Moat Metrics (formerly part of Aon), I led the end-to-end redesign of multiple digital products during a critical company transition. This involved close collaboration with product teams to iteratively transform our existing platforms while maintaining business continuity. Working with stakeholders across the organization, I ensured our design solutions met both user needs and business objectives through continuous iteration and refinement.

My experience at Ad Hoc exemplifies my ability to handle complex, high-stakes projects in collaborative environments. While working on President Biden's "Made in America" initiative, I facilitated workshops with Subject Matter Experts to translate complex policy requirements into intuitive digital experiences. This required careful iteration based on stakeholder feedback and policy requirements.

At Fresh Consulting, I demonstrated versatility in product design across various industries, from digital jukeboxes (Touchtunes) to insurance platforms (Symetra). Each project required close collaboration with cross-functional teams and iterative design processes to ensure successful implementation.

During my time at 14four as Lead UX Designer, I directed four engineering teams in creating digital experiences for national brands. This role strengthened my ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining consistent design quality through iterative development cycles.
